In short

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, scripts and graphics are served from aidiax.com itself. The only exception is the account page (aidiax.com/account): if you create an account, it connects to our account service and stores the account details described below.

What this website does not collect

The interactive demonstrations run entirely in your browser. Nothing you select, type or measure in them is sent anywhere.

Early access requests

The early-access form does not submit data to us. When you press the button, your own email app opens with a message you can review, edit and choose to send. If you send it, we receive your email like any other, and we use it only to reply to you and to contact you about AIDIAX. To have your message and address deleted, email hello@aidiax.com.

Your AIDIAX account

You can create an account with an email address and a password. When you do, we store:

We use this only to run your account and your credits, to let you sign the app in, and to stop the free credits being claimed more than once. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Sign-in is provided by Firebase Authentication, a Google service that processes your sign-in on our behalf; your password is handled by Firebase and never stored by us in readable form. Account records are kept in Google Firebase. The account page keeps you signed in by storing a sign-in token in your browser's local storage; it sets no tracking cookies.

Deleting your account. On the account page, under Security, you can delete your account at any time. That removes your account, credit balance, history and signed-in computers, and the sign-in itself. To prevent the free trial from being claimed again, we keep a one-way hash of your email address, from which the address cannot be read back.

Hosting

This website is delivered by a hosting and content-delivery provider. Like any web server, its infrastructure processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

The AIDIAX application

AIDIAX itself is in development. When you sign the app in to your account, it uses the same account and credits described above. The application will come with its own privacy information describing everything else it processes and why.
